The location was exceptionally nice and excellent, a short walk to the nearest bus stop, East Providence, restaurants, grocery stores. The view was particularly nice. Had a very good stay for a quick night, recommend this place.

The overwhelming smell of the laundry at the front desk and the stale smell in much of the rest of the building was not pleasant at all.

The staff here were always polite and courteous, and our studio came equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a dining area, and a writing desk.

The location was great, so close to downtown and other areas. Close to major highway and downtown, as well as numerous restaurants, in a nice enough area.

Air conditioner broke and even though we asked for someone to look at it, they didn't until the next day, we had a pretty hot, stuffy night. On three separate occasions we had to go to the front desk because our keys did not work. They offered us a free night stay but we have no intention of ever staying there again. After several emails, my compensation was an $18.00 credit.

Front desk person who checked us in was amazing. She was very friendly and went out of her way to find us somewhere to go out in the city.

Super convenient location in a lovely area. The building and rooms are brand new, and the bed is super comfy. The price was just $81, which was a great deal! 💸

Comfortable bed

Stayed for 2 nights. In order to have your room clean', you need to pay extra. No gym, no breakfast, no coffe maker and coffee in room. This is an extended stay!! Seriously!!!

Wonderful hotel with updated, spotless rooms. Rooms come equipped with a TV, tea kettle, microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge. - Great location close to downtown area, Airport, Malls, Restaurants, major stores, and downtown Providence.

it was a nice base for our wonderful stay. the employees of the hotel where courteous and polite. the food was good - plenty of options. marvellous and convenient location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. had tea and goodies at honey dew donuts, nestled 1 mi of the property.

Facilities were modern, nonetheless Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The location here is really great! It's super convenient, close to a bunch of stores and restaurants 🍴. Plus, there's a neat little museum not too far away.

Kitchen could have been bigger. Only had 2 ring stove top and small microwave. Fridge was great size though. I only stayed 2 nights so it was adequate, if I was staying longer it wouldn't have worked
